Stonewall National Monument

(2 Ratings)
If there's any place deserving of a monument, it's Stonewall!
Across the street from the Stonewall Inn, the Stonewall National Monument in Christopher Park is the first park in the United States commemorating the struggle for LGBT rights. President Barack Obama officially designated the Stonewall National Monument in June 2016. There's not much to see and do here but there is certainly a lot to think about.
