Teabags are to hot water what visions of the future are to our imagination; steeping it in caffeine and taste - coloring it with vibrancy. From 1984 to Brazil to Back to the Future, we love to get a glimpse into what the future holds, whether it is dystopian or utopian - whether we will talk telepathically, or travel on hoverboards. The future is teeming with possibility and it gives us hope that something that doesn't exist now will exist in the future.

Storytelling 2.0 is the future of the solo show. The Tank has brought together some of the best new faces in the NYC Storytelling scene who are pushing the boundaries of what can be done with a solo storytelling show. From the use of audio reenactments, to videos of the storyteller's parents, to skype calls across country - this will be a glimpse into where we can go. If you are interested in experiments that push us to envision a different world and you like solo storytelling, these are the shows for you.
