great location, that's it

Great location if you like to hang around Times Square. But don't expect the full door man hotel service. We had a few complications to our room when we checked in. Went to ask the counter staff but they were not very helpful in sorting out our problem. Had to wait till the next day, and still only after speaking to the supervisor only then we were given the room we initially confirmed. House keeping was great. Fresh towel everyday and the house keeper was probably the most friendly person in the hotel. Buffett breakfast was average. Probably won't stay here again. I suggest not to stay in middle of Times Square if you are staying in NYC for longer than 2 nights.

Great Hotel If You Don't Mind The Hidden Fees

We stayed with the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Times Square in February 2011 and as a whole enjoyed it very much. We were on the twenty-fourth floor and had an awesome view of Times Square and the Hudson River. Our room was fairly large with a good-sized bed, large television and nice bathroom. The hotel is centrally located and offers a short cab ride to Central Park, Chelsea or even the Financial District. The only negative is the hidden feels and ridiculous prices for additional amenities. If you choose to stay here, check your folio for additional items you may have thought were included.
