How To Die in Spanish

a new play by James Ryan Caldwell
directed by Tom Rothacker

a one-night only staged reading!

Marliss has cancer again, and this time she’s losing the battle. Her children Sarah (a microbiologist) and Carl (a wannabe witch) join their father Gayle (a wannabe Floridian) in caring for Marliss during her last days. Carl wants a miracle, and is determined to make one happen, even if it means practicing dark magic.

How to Die in Spanish examines how we deal, and avoid dealing, with death.

Featuring Maria Porter, Lauren Lewis, Craig MacArthur Doležel, Risa Sarachan, and Patrick Johnson.
