Eh...

The prices are great, but the atmosphere could use some updating. Def. not the "pretty boy" crowd. Could be a great place with some work.

So Fabulous

For a neighborhood bar- this place is so outta control. Tuesday nights you can sing your ass off like the obnoxious queen you are and not a single brokedown b!@#$ there will judge you. The bartendars and cocktail servers are wonderful and fun, the drinks are made with far too much liqour. It's just about the best night out.

Later it's younger

Pieces is almost schizoid. During the day, it's like a neighborhood hangout. Skews older, quiet men having a few drinks, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. But then, as the evening kicks in, a younger crowd takes over. Loud music, dancing -- strip down to your thong, have at it -- raucous and increasingly wild. Friendly bartenders, equally friendly crowd.

Lots of fun with a youthful crowd

Pieces caters primarily to guys in their twenties although older men are made to feel welcome by a very friendly staff and customers. Someone 37 would not feel that "young" here as one reviewer suggested [maybe he was in the wrong bar; perhaps he was in Julius, which is around the corner and caters to older fellows.] A very friendly fun bar although on show nights it is way too crowded to be pleasant.

The 80's Called

And even THEY don't want the decor back! Really tired is all I can say. At 37, I felt VERY young there.. Nuff said.
