Henrietta Hudson

(184 Ratings)
New York's most popular lesbian bar

Once a crowded nightclub, Henrietta Hudson is now a moody wine bar with specialty cocktails, charcuterie and cheese pairings. Its newly updated interior nods to a midcentury-modern feel typical of any trendy, upscale space in Manhattan. A cross between a living room and a petite cafe, its new look features comfy armchairs, plush ottomans, work nooks, and a social gathering area for community events.

Men can have fun as well

Just went this weekend and had just as much as I would at a bar for men. Everyone was very friendly and music was really good. Cover charge which includes a drink so not bad!

Henrietta's hangin' in

Amazing this bar hasn't shuttered yet. Depressing to see that Mostly Men lists 44 clubs/bars and Mostly Women lists 4!!! Economic equality anyone?

Great Worldly Lesbian Bar

The first time I stepped into this bar, I felt right at home. The bartenders were friendly, and the bar had a neighborhood feel to it with a very diverse clientele - women of all races/ethnicities. With the low-key, no pressure atmosphere, this is definitely a place to get comfy if this is your first visit to New York.
