Bad

Whenever I went, the bartender was unfriendly, almost arrogant. Never realy busy but boring to be there.

Not worth your time to go uptown to Toolbox

We went on a Thursday night- the bartender was arrogant, rude, unfriendly and self-possesed. No strippers as promised- very expensive drinks for a dumpy neighborhood bar. We visited about 15 bars over a couple of weeks, and this one came in last place- the clientele was local, unattractive and cold as ice. No redeeming value to a visit to the Toolbox- skip it.

saturday night

Though its staff is friendly and good looking, no much happens. it seems that people need a lot more than the basement and the 3 porns on the screen to make this place enjoyable for sex. No action.
