The Bar is a very nice place well located . but unfortunately the manager works in the bar and his behaviour is nasty and unfriendly with tourist or locals. Customers are not treated with respect by the manger he preffer to resolve calling the security guy and throwing out instead of resolve..also the comment by the staff of the the manager is : he always has issues with clients... a tip to consider if you go . good luck.... El bar es muy bueno y bien localizado , pero lamentablemente el manager trabaja en la barra y es un tipo rudo y poo amigable con turistas y locales. Los clientes no tienen derecho y el manager si se enfada prefiere resolver llamandote a el guardia para sacarte del bar , segun el guardia siempre es asi de severo. un dato para considerar si te pasas por el bar...buena suerte...

Barracuda lounge NYC

Getting in to the bar was a good expierience. Music was great but the show by miss Trixie the dragqueen was the comedie went wrong! The b@tch is from Florida and aren't pleasant when it comes to humiliation nation whe it comes to customers. She adds her racist big mouth when drunk! So far about the lounge everything was good and cheap drinks! Not as crowded as Saturday (Sunday) but still a lot of fun!

Comfortable Neighborhood Feel

I still like coming to this place, especially when I'm in Chelsea. It's a good place to meet up with friends and it's kind of an "ole reliable". There's really a dwindling amount of options in Chelsea these days and this is certainly a contrast to G. G is polished and a bit standoffish, Barracuda just feels inviting albeit a bit rough around the edges.

Super nice bartender. I visited on a week night recently during a drag show. It was a great experience. The clientele were friendly enough, the performer was incredible. I wish I remembered her name.
