Classic Neighborhood Bar

Straight out of a TV show, in many ways. Good drinks, friendly staff, and a crowd that covers many bases - daddies, bears, cubs, muscleguys, businessmen, pendleton plaids, cruisers, drinkers, and clearly a lot of friends. Friendly atmosphere for strangers, not particularly cruisy but I've always found it easy to meet handsome men. I always go here as the start of the evening in NYC, it's a comfortable end-of-day, without being cliche.

What a bar should be

Fun, friendly energy as soon as you walk in the door. Great drinks that don't drain the cash out of your wallet. The guys are Guys. Men just out for a good time. Definitely recommend this place.

Hit or Miss

Friday nights and Sunday afternoons are best. Either way, the friendliest NY crowd.

Slightly sleepy

Fun, but sleepy. Older, but friendly. Great bar staff.
