August is the total West Village European-inspired bistro. Executive Chef Terrence Gallivan strives to recall what is genuine in the traditions of Regional Europe from the Mediterranean to the North using the best local and seasonal ingredients. The Ala Carte Menu kicked off March 28th, available from Mon-Saturday; Sundays are reserved for "Pie's & Peronis"
