It was an awesome experience. The location was spectacular, the apt. was terrific - very clean and beautifully furnished - and their guest service staff was totally attentive. These apartments are small, dingy, worn out and poorly decorated. Plus, the California stoner guest service rep called me "man". Completely unprofessional. Was great to have a fully furnished apartment (with everything --- dishwasher, wireless internet, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, concierge services, etc.) where I could feel at home and not have awkward encounters with bellman, doorman, housekeeping- no tipping either! Living room sofa folded out to be a queen sized bed, so our one bedroom suite slept four, not two, people. They have two bedroom suites, too.
