TV: WPIX CHANNEL 11: 7:00pm - 10:00pm, and on NY 1: 8:00pm - 9:30pm
After the parade end up at Webster Hall (125 E. 11th St.) to continue the Halloween Festivities:
When you get to the end of the Parade at 16th Street, hang a right towards Fifth Avenue, and go out still in costume to the party at Webster Hall! They give a $5,000 prize for best costume somewhere around midnight!
