NYU School-Wide Walk Out #SanctuaryCampus
On November 16th, NYU will be one of 107 universities across the nation walking out as a part of Movimiento Cosecha's #SanctuaryCampus campaign, committing to putting our bodies between Trump and our most vulnerable students.
At 12 pm, we will be walking out of our classes and gathering in the park to demand permanent protection, dignity, and respect for all immigrants alongside other marginalized communities.
Now is the time where we are planting the seeds of hope-- in the midst of devastations, young people must show this country, and this world, that resistance is possible.
