A live audio-visual take on Requiem for a Dream. The film will be re cut, re scored and re imagined using live musicians, dancers, an audio visual artist and 3D video projection mapping in a breathtaking one off performance. A dream is never just filled with roses. A film can touch us in both dark and beautiful places. Little Cinema continues to explore the explosive emotional capacities of an iconic film remixed with a new live score, video art, dance & motion. This one-off show will pair live musicians Black Lodge with audio visual artist CHNNLS to remix and re imagine this visual masterpiece by Darren Aronofsky. The screening will also feature 3D video art by Josh Slaby & dance by Flexx Dancin with more talent to be announced closer to the event. This is another leap forward in Little Cinema's abilities to remix and reinterpret films, taking the emotional powers of cinema to new heights. This is not a screening of the film.
