Join Columbia Science Review as we celebrate Halloween and science with a GLOW STICK FLASH MOB! And by flash mob, we mean FLASH MOLECULE! There will be hundreds of foot long green glowsticks (yours to keep if you come!) as we form the letters "GFP" for "Green Fluorescent Protein"-- which was discovered by Columbia University scientist Dr. Martin Chalfie and won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2008. Come this Thursday at 9pm to assemble into the GFP molecule and become a part of the science happening on campus!
