In response to what László Moholy-Nagy referred to as an “opto-acoustic alphabet,” this program highlights the fusion of modulated sound and light with an introduction by program curators R. Luke DuBois and Zach Layton; performances by artist and musician Marina Rosenfeld with Greg Fox on drums; a live sound and video mix by filmmaker Thomas Dexter and multimedia artist David Linton; and a multichannel presentation of Hungarian electronic music from the 1970s spatialized by György Kurtag Jr. Tickets include a private exhibition viewing and wine reception. $30 general, $20 members, $15 students.
