Growing up, Courter Simmons (Broadway’s Jersey Boys) always felt a special kinship with the colorful characters he saw in The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and Little Shop of Horrors. Little did he know that they all sprung from the mind of Howard Ashman!
Now he’s all grown up and dolled up as Cacophony and in Under The ‘C’ will romp through Ashman’s song catalogue and pay tribute to the man who, from Broadway to Disney, gave so many misfits their voice.
