June OutFIT WOD @ CrossFit NYC

The June OutFIT WOD at CrossFit NYCwill be a partner WOD (teams of 2.) You don't need a partner to sign up, you'll partner up once you get here. We will announce the WOD once you get here, but if you have a jump rope, wrist wraps or knee sleeves you'll want to bring them. The format will be slightly different this time. In order to accommodate all of the interest and to allow us to have enough room for barbells we will be having two heats. The first one will be at 2:30 and the second one at 3:30pm. You will sign up for your specific one in advance (when you register) so that there isn't a lot of down time for the second heat. If you are in the first heat, you are welcome to stay and cheer on the second heat. If you are in the second heat, you are welcome to come early and cheer on the first heat.
