NYC March and Rally: Bring National Awareness to the 22+ Murders of Transgender People

This is the public event page) This Monday, November 2nd, 2015 [Everyone is invited] 5:30pm - 6:00pm: Rally at Christopher Park (Christopher & Grove, across from Stonewall Inn) 6:00 - 7:00pm March to the African Memorial Burial Ground at 290 Broadway 7:00pm - 8:00pm Rally at the African Memorial Burial Ground 8:00pm - 9:00pm Debriefing, Food and drinks (location to be determined, food provided) The demonstration will begin with a rally at Christopher Park, at the corner of Grove and Christopher Streets, across from the Stonewall Inn at 5:30pm. At 6:00pm activists will march East down Waverly Place to the Northwest corner of Washington Square Park, then crossing to the Southeast corner of the park. Activists will march East on East 4th Street to Broadway and march South along Broadway to the African Memorial Burial Ground at 290 Broadway and Duane Street. Estimated time of arrival at the African Memorial Burial Ground is 7:00pm, where another rally will be held until 8:00pm.
