This anniversary year we plan to honor Gays and Lesbians of Zimbabwe (GALZ), another stalwart in the LGBTQ community, also founded 25 years ago. Despite having their offices raided and members arrested, GALZ never shrinks from the fight for dignity. IGLHRC fights to protect and advance the dignity and human rights of LGBTQ people around the world. We give voice to activists on the front lines, hold leaders accountable and measure our impact through positive change in the lives of people from Iran to Uganda and Peru to the Philippines.
