30/60/90 Rooftop Sunset Edition

You and a guest are invited to partake in 30/60/90 on the rooftop of Equinox Sports Club Upper East Side! Created by Kristi Molinaro, this high intensity interval training workout consists of cardio, strength training, plyometrics, and static holds designed to get you into the best shape of your life. Very challenging but modifiable for all levels. The instructor that evening will be the talented Scott Kolb. The Spring forecast looks great with 75 degree temps and sunset happening as class is winding down. Should be absolutely beautiful if the weather cooperates. Trainers will be available immediately after class on the roof deck to provide cool-down and stretches. *Limited to 60 RSVPs. ** There is no charge for this event. Non-Members are welcomed to come. They will just sign in at the front desk as a gust for the evening.
