The Stonewall Chorale, the nation's first
LGBT chorus, presents an evening of exquisite music featuring two of Estonia’s most esteemed composers, Arvo Pärt and Tõnu Kõrvits.
In honor of Arvo Pärt's 80th birthday, we’ll
present his towering Berlin Mass. We'll also perform the NYC premiere of the complete version of Tõnu Kõrvits’ Kreek's Notebook — an extraordinary work by
one of Estonia’s most brilliant young composers.
Both works are with string orchestra.
