Gender Reel & the Department Of Cinema Studies at New York University is hosting a free, two day film festival Feb 7 & 8. In addition to free admission, the festival will offers complimentary lunch, dinner and snacks on both days.
The festival will feature 23 independently made films, 10 Q&A discussions, a New York City premiere of "Queer & Present Danger," a new documentary about transgender renegade Kate Bornstein, a tribute to long-time activist, Leslie Feinberg, who recently passed away, and a guest speaking appearance by Imani Henry and Katrina Goodlett.
