Council Members Helen Rosenthal and Corey Johnson will be introducing a resolution proclaiming all Mondays as Meatless Monday in NYC to encourage residents to go vegetarian or vegan at least one day per week. We hope folks will go veg every day, and Meatless Monday is a great way to start working towards more compassionate, conscientious eating. Everyone is welcome to attend. Whatever you are -- herbivore, carnivore, omnivore, pescetarian, vegetarian or vegan -- please join us.
