Ritual has long been used as a spiritual practice, a marker of seasons and stages of life, and membership to a group. In this interactive workshop we will explore how creating personal ritual can help individuals thieve. An overview of the use of rituals historically and today will be followed by specific examples of rituals that can be utilized for personal change. Participants will be encouraged to share rituals they have successfully used. Participants will be invited to participate in a ritual specifically designed for them.
