BABËL's DIMANCHE Holiday Edition: ACID PAULI & EDUARDO CASTILLO

Giving is better than receiving… PEACE ON EARTH !!! BABËL invites you to our official holiday party celebrating a holiday season of gratitude and giving. This Dimanche, we are teaming up with an incredibly inspiring and spiritual group of artists and visionaries. BABËL is pleased to announce the launch of our partnership with The Path meditation center. From 5 to 6pm we will be hosting a group meditation to collectively lift our souls and spirits before a celebratory evening. ** If you are interested in joining us for the meditation please EMAIL Kristen@babelnewyork.com for ticketing information ** We are thrilled to announce that music will be provided by two of our very favorite acts - Eduardo Castillo and Acid Pauli. We are partnering with Cecilia Collantes and Reign Apiim who will be awakening guests with a performance and live painting. Original artwork by Cecilia Collantes will be available for purchase with a portion of the proceeds being donated directly to the Rainforest Foundation. Cecilia Collantes is a Peruvian born painter and performance artist. Her paintings and drawings discuss and emphasize social signs and symbols from present or past cultures, that affect and reveal the modern individual's portrait. Her performance work often refers to ceremonial practices from ancient cultures linked to memories of her home country in Perú. Reign Apiim is a model, jewelry designer, healer and artist. She inspires people through her self expression encouraging people to discover the positive light that resides inside themselves and to use it to shine outward while helping others rise. This year we especially feel that there is so much to be grateful for. To give back to those that are less fortunate, we are partnering with Toys for Tots to provide gifts to children in need. We ask that each person brings one toy that will be donated to a child on Christmas day. Join us as we celebrate an incredibly gifted 2014 and a peaceful and loving holiday season.
