Brad Falchuk is a co-creator and executive producer of the Fox comedy series “Glee,” which has received thirty-nine Emmy nominations, including nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series and Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series, and of the FX horror-drama “American Horror Story,” which has received fifty-one Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Miniseries and Outstanding Writing for a Miniseries, Movie or Dramatic Special. Previously, he was a writer for and an executive producer of “Nip/Tuck.”
Jenji Kohan is the creator and executive producer of the Emmy-nominated Netflix comedy series “Orange Is the New Black.” She began her writing career with “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.” Her series writing credits include “Mad About You,” “Tracey Takes On,” for which she won an Emmy Award in 1999, “Sex and the City,” and “Gilmore Girls.” She has produced multiple pilots and series, including Showtime’s “Weeds,” which ran for eight seasons and for which she received a Writers Guild Award.
Michael Lannan is the creator and co-executive producer of the HBO comedy-drama series “Looking,” which completed its first season this year. His additional credits include James Franco’s “Interior. Leather Bar.,” “Sons of Anarchy,” “Remember Me,” and “Rubicon.”
Peter Paige is the co-creator and an executive producer of the ABC Family drama “The Fosters,” which is in its second season and won the 2014 GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Drama Series and a Television Critics Association Award. In addition to his work as a writer and producer, his acting credits include numerous stage productions and television guest appearances, as well as five years playing Emmett Honeycutt on the Showtime series “Queer as Folk.” He has also directed two feature films, “Say Uncle” and “Leaving Barstow.”
Jill Soloway is the creator of the new Amazon series “Transparent,” which premières in September. She received three Emmy nominations for her work as a writer and producer on HBO’s “Six Feet Under” and the Directing Award at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival for her first feature, “Afternoon Delight.” She has served as showrunner of “United States of Tara” and “How to Make It in America,” and has written for “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Tell Me You Love Me.” She is the author of a memoir, “Tiny Ladies in Shiny Pants.”
