The Interbank Roundtable Committee (IRC) is a voluntary NYC-based ‘network of networks’ with representatives from 29 financial services industry organization’s LGBT Employee Resource Groups. The IRC serves to push Wall Street firms collectively towards greater LGBT employee inclusion by influencing best practice work environments and policies, engaging senior management and straight allies, while also promoting financial services as an industry of choice for LGBT individuals
