Join me on a musical trip to torrid tropical fantasies and other magical mental terrain. Escape the cold and the mundane through songs in English, French and Spanish, guided by such composers/lyricists as Aznavour, Coward, Demare/Manzi, Dorough/Landesman, the Gershwins, Goldrich/Heisler, Lee, Legrand/the Bergmans, Mandel/Hamilton, Manilow/Feldman & Sussman, Sedaka, Warren/Gordon, among others.
Along on the adventure, my experienced team: At the piano – Music Director Gregory Toroian; on bass – Ritt Henn; on woodwinds – Robbyn Tongue; on percussion – special guest (and dance partner) Franklin Ayala. Helen Baldassare directs.
