The Biggest Event in the Ballroom scene...20 Years of the House of Latex Ball with Special Guests...Categories coming soon. ...SAVE THE DATE The House of Latex Project is a program of Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC) that gives life to youth in the House and Ball scene and empowers the community to promote HIV prevention and awareness. The Latex Project was the first to provide HIV/AIDS awareness, education and resources within the House and Ball scene. Latex has been a presence in the House and Ball community since 1990, transcending house and category, representing in the name of health, wellness and safer sex. We are proud to be here - offering support, workshops, testing, kiki functions, mini-balls, our annual Latex ball and access to services throughout GMHC.
