yesterday was my first time there. Even though the sign wasn't hanging over the place, i spotted it immediately because there were a group of handsome chocolates in front. The crowd inside was nice especially the bartender who was pretty, tall and had bushy hair. Everyone inside, including the skinny ruffneck looking chocolates all had big asses. I likes!! I likes!! mostly everyone was friendly. The drinks didn't taste watered down and the place smelled good with different colognes on the customers mixed with the smell of food and drinks. Oh, the chocolates ranged in skin tone and they looked absolutely eatable. I definately will be cumming again...and again....and again....

ChiChi'z is in a good spot and drinks were reasonably priced. The music was great, but there is no dancing; they don't have a license/zoning for it. Plus, there is ALOT of attitude there, but people started to slacken later at night.

I just love chillin at Chi Chiz because you get to be acquainted with new friends and everyone there is nice to you. Chi Chiz plays all types of music to groove to. The best thing i love about Chi-Chiz is on Mondays, they have Karaoke night. I love to sing so i make my best efforts to attend every occasion when i can. I LOVE CHI-CHIZ!!

Have hesitated to post a review because there are already several positive reviews. But sitting at Chi Chiz yesterday afternoon, tossing down a couple of Heinekens, I realized I had to add my feelings about the place. Since I am in utter awe of the beauty and charisma of the Black male, Chi Chiz, with its predominantly Black crowd, would always rank high with me. But it is also a warm, fun bar, the age of the crowd ranging from twenties all the way up. And the Saturday afternoon bartender is tall, dark ebony, friendly, and just absolutely gorgeous.

Outstanding place and the primary Lower West Side home for African-Americans and those who like them (if you don't grope the merchandise! Just be respectful and have fun)...Friendly, great drinks, karaoke and pool tournaments for those who like them and a very competitive pool crowd (evil smile). The kitchen serves up VERY good finger food and you can actually hold a conversation. Yes, it IS a Black Gay "Cheers"...

was looking for a place where i could connect to the people a little bit(African Americans). I found it here. friendly staff and patrons alike. Felt very welcome. Drinks were GREAT! ( STRONG ) this place was like an African American "CHEERS"!
So, what do you say?
